Meet Our Founder
My name is Crystal, a former model and fashion brand owner with a passion for empowering women through style and confidence. After transitioning from entrepreneurship into a professional career, I experienced firsthand how dressing professionally can transform confidence, self-worth, and the way we show up for opportunities. That experience inspired me to create The Runway to Desk Project (T.R.D.P.), a nonprofit initiative dedicated to helping women feel confident, polished, and career-ready by providing access to professional clothing and resources that support their journey toward professional success.
